PepsiCo Iberia is seeking a Trade & Shopper Marketing professional to drive the AFH independent agenda, focusing on Perfect Store execution and channel growth. You will collaborate with Sales and marketing to prioritize activations and promotions, analyzing KPIs to optimize in-store performance.

The role requires 3+ years in trade marketing or FMCG, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong Excel/PPT skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with clear career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years experience in trade marketing, marketing or sales ideally in FMCG.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Strong Office skills (Excel & PPT).

Responsabilidades

• Execute the Perfect Store strategy across the AFH independent channel.
• Analyze execution KPIs and identify opportunities to improve in-store execution.
• Coordinate development, production and deployment of POS materials and visibility assets.
• Develop and execute channel-specific activations and consumer promotions.
• Partner with Sales to ensure flawless execution of promotions and launches.
• Support portfolio strategy alignment with brand positioning and channel needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects for channel initiatives, with clear scope, timelines and budgets.
• Prepare performance reports, presentations and business recommendations.
• Support segmentation frameworks for subchannels and customer types.
• Help track and manage the budget.
