Job summary

Internationalschools in Madrid is seeking a proactive recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and maintain engagement through calls and follow-ups.

The role requires French (native) and good English, with strong organizational and communication skills. The position is full-time and based in Madrid, Spain, with a focus on achieving high participation rates across our doctor panel.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
