Job summary

We are seeking French-speaking professionals to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role involves recruiting doctors, inviting them to market research studies, and maintaining high participation through effective communication.

Ideal candidates are native French speakers with good English, sharp attention to detail, solid organizational and analytical skills, and experience with multinational companies is a plus. The position is full-time in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; native speaker required.
• Good command of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical abilities.
• Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation, creating doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned doctors using different channels and arguments.
