In this role you will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and follow up to maximize participation. The position requires French native proficiency, good English, and strong communication and organizational skills; prior multinational experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills; experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
