WEEWOO S.L. is seeking an Ad monetization specialist to join the monetization department and drive revenue across mobile ads. You will monitor ARPDAU, eCPM, impressions, and fill rates, optimize targeting, and lead testing and optimization initiatives with ad networks.

The role requires 3–5 years in monetization, strong analytical skills, excellent English, and proficiency in Excel. A permanent contract awaits in a dynamic, game-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of monetization experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Self-starter with problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize Ad ARPDAU, revenue, eCPM, impressions, and fill rates across networks.
• Segment users to optimize ad targeting and performance.
• Run A/B tests to improve monetization strategies.
• Negotiate deals with partners to maximize ad revenue.
• Improve formats, placements, rewards, capping, and mediation networks.
