Roche in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an IT senior engineer to design and implement Directory Services solutions and provide 2nd-3rd level support for Active Directory and related infrastructure. You will work within Roche Digital Technology across time zones on global initiatives.

The role focuses on on‑prem and cloud directory services, including AD, LDAP, Entra ID, and PowerShell scripting, with emphasis on security, ITIL alignment, and continuous improvement. Strong English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years experience administering and advanced troubleshooting in Active Directory.
• Experience in a major global organization, preferably regulated.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in small to medium sized technical teams to design infrastructure solutions with documentation.
• Engage with senior internal/external partners on technical matters and assess solutions via PoCs.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Operate Directory Services Infrastructure on premises for manufacturing environments and related apps.
• Monitor performance, availability and capacity; minimize escalations.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve incidents and implement changes.
• Follow ITIL, GxP and Project Management concepts; document management and validation.
• Maintain 24x7 on-call support; be flexible with hours; travel occasionally.
