Senior Directory Services Architect – IAM & Entra ID

Job summary

Roche is seeking a Senior Specialist Directory Services to join a multicultural, global team protecting information and assets from unauthorized access and cyber risks. You will design solutions, provide tier 2-3 support, and manage lifecycle and continuous improvement of Directory Services infrastructure.

Responsibilities include leading technical teams, PoCs, on-call support, and coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience administering and troubleshooting Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Strong design, hands-on technical background in Directory Services.
• Experience in a major global organization, preferably regulated industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium technical teams and design end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for Directory Services Infrastructure on-premise and in Entra ID.
• Monitor performance, availability and capacity; manage incidents and changes.
• Interact with senior partners and perform PoCs/feasibility studies.
• Participate in ITIL processes: incident, change, problem, and qualification/validation.
