ING Hubs Spain is seeking an Active Directory Engineer to design, operate, and secure AD DS in a hybrid environment integrated with EntraID. You will work with security and infrastructure teams to build scalable identity solutions for a highly regulated setting.

You will own on‑prem AD DS and support hybrid identities, ensuring security, stability, and availability while collaborating with cloud, security, and DevOps teams. Fluent English (B2) is required.

Formación

• Hands-on experience owning AD DS in enterprise environments.
• Experience with production AD environments.
• Strong Windows Server expertise (2016–2022).
• Experience with Entra ID in hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of identity security concepts (least privilege, attack surface reduction).
• Communicate clearly with engineers and security teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and operate on‑premises Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) in enterprise environments.
• Manage production AD environments and lifecycle.
• Maintain Windows Server DC lifecycle and patching strategies.
• Operate hybrid identity integrations with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps teams on identity solutions.
• Support IaC practices (e.g. Terraform) for deployments.
• Improve operational processes and documentation for identity services.
• Stay updated on AD, identity, and security best practices.
