Formación

• 2–4 years of renewals or account management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and renewal workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end renewal motions for regional accounts.
• Close renewals and defend the existing customer base.
• Identify and close seat expansions.
• Monitor auto-renew status and intervene to prevent churn.
