Julius Baer in Madrid seeks an experienced Access Management specialist to operate and maintain IAM in an international environment. You will manage authorization objects in Microsoft Active Directory and other applications, resolve incidents, and support access recertification.

The role requires a degree in IT or significant AD administration experience; familiarity with IAM solutions and IT security standards in finance is advantageous. English proficiency is essential.

• Operate Access Management based on the service catalogue.
• Implement customer orders following policies.
• Plan, design, operate, control, monitor and maintain authorization objects in Active Directory and other applications in an international environment.
• Collaborate on access management concepts and processes.
• Collaborate on different projects.
• Provisioning reports, evaluations and documentation of AM processes.
• Evaluate incidents and coordinate escalation processes.
• Advise users on operation matters and exceptional situations.

This role focuses on operating and maintaining Access Management in an international environment. Responsibilities include managing authorisation objects in Microsoft Active Directory and applications, resolving incidents, assisting with access recertification, provisioning reports, and advising users.

Candidates require a degree in IT or equivalent experience as a Microsoft Active Directory System Administrator. Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and knowledge of IT security standards in the financial industry are advantageous

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Operate Access Management based on our service catalogue
• Implement customer orders following our policies
• Plan, design, operate, control, monitor and maintain of Authorisation-Objects (Groups/User) in the Active Directory, as well as other applications in an international environment
• Conceptual collaboration in the area of access management (authorization models and processes)
• Collaboration in different Projects
• Provisionning reports, evaluations and documentations of AM processes
• Evaluate and limit incidents, initiate of shun and escalation processes
• Advise users on all operation matters as well as on exceptional situations

YOUR PROFILE

• A recognized degree in IT or five years System Administrator of MS Active Directory experience (certification MCSA will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of IAM Solutions will be an great advantage
• Understanding of IT security needs and standards of the financial industry
• Effective organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, absolute reliability and resilience as well as a willingness to learn and to perform are basic prerequisite.
• Service oriented and strong focused on our internal and external customers
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office products
• Proficiency in English oral and written is required
• Understanding the financial industry will be an advantage
