Job summary

Kids&Us Marbella is seeking an Academic Coordinator to guide teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events, ensuring high-quality English learning for children and a smooth daily operation.

You will monitor progress and provide meaningful follow-up with families—tracking progress, attendance, and reports—conduct trimester evaluations, coordinate parent meetings, and foster a collaborative, energetic learning community aligned with our immersive method.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families(progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).

Your role
