Job summary

Kids&Us in Madrid (Valdebebas) is seeking a Senior Academic Coordinator to join our team. Contract type: Fixed-term / Permanent; Start date: August 25th.

You will guide and support teachers in lesson planning, monitor student progress and liaise with families, and conduct trimester evaluations. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and a positive, energetic approach with children are essential.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level)
• Full Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level)
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Your role

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A). The gross annual salary (full?time equivalent) starts from €***** to *****€ depending on your experience.
