Job summary

Kids&Us is seeking an Academic Coordinator in our Alcoi centre to lead teachers, monitor student progress and engage families in the enrolment process. The role focuses on maintaining high educational standards and implementing the Kids&Us methodology across activities and events.

The position requires a strong command of English (C1/C2), excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities, and experience in teaching or school coordination is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at C1 level (C2 valued).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Customer focus and ability to build trusting relationships with families.
• Experience in teaching, educational coordination or team management is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no prior record (or able to obtain before starting).

For our school in Alcoi we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Contract type: Permanent Hours: 32 hours per week Start date: immediately

Your role

What You Need

• Fluency in English, with a minimum level of C1 (a C2 level will be particularly valued).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Customer focus and the ability to build trusting relationships with families.
• Previous experience in teaching, educational coordination or team management will be an advantage, although it is not essential.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles will be an advantage.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (or to be able to obtain one before starting the role).

Salary

Salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Education and Non-Regulated Training. Variable remuneration through an incentive scheme linked to performance and the achievement of the centre's objectives.
