Kids&Us in Alcoy is seeking an Academic Coordinator to lead teaching staff, monitor student progress and liaise with families. The role starts immediately and is 32 hours per week in a permanent contract.

You will guide lesson planning, coordinate assessments, and support enrolment while contributing to marketing efforts and open days to attract new pupils.

Formación

• Fluency in English at C1 or higher (C2 valued).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer focus and ability to build trust with families.
• Experience in teaching, educational coordination or team management is advantageous.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences (or ability to obtain before start).

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and follow up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct quality evaluations at ends of trimesters/story units.
• Assist families by presenting the Kids&Us programme and guiding enrolment.
• Support recruitment of new pupils and help organise marketing campaigns and open days.

For our school in Alcoi we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week
Start date: immediately

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story ensuring quality and adherence to the Kids&Us methodology.
• Assist interested families, present the Kids&Us educational programme and advise them during the enrolment process.
• Play an active role in recruiting new pupils and help organise marketing campaigns and open days.

What you need

• Fluency in English, with a minimum level of C1 (a C2 level will be particularly valued).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Customer focus and the ability to build trusting relationships with families.
• Previous experience in teaching, educational coordination or team management will be an advantage, although it is not essential.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles will be an advantage.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (or to be able to obtain one before starting the role).

Salary

Salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Education and Non-Regulated Training.

Variable remuneration through an incentive scheme linked to performance and the achievement of the centre’s objectives.
