Quay Crew is seeking a Stew for a 55m private support vessel, based in Barcelona with Med/Caribbean rotations. You will manage crew spaces and guest services, starting with a two-week Atlantic crossing and moving between ships.

The role offers a 3:1 rotation, a salary of €3,000–€4,000 per month DOE, plus a 13th month and bonus scheme and a strong training budget to support growth.

Formación

• 6–12 months of yachting experience preferred.
• Willing to move between yachts as required.
• No visible tattoos; strict policy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain housekeeping on the private vessel and the mother ship.
• Rotate to the mothership for HK and service tasks.
• Support guest trips during Med/Caribbean rotations.

Role Overview

Yacht Size: 55m Support Vessel

Start Date: 1st December – joining ahead of the Atlantic crossing

Contract: 3:1

Compensation: €3,000 – €4,000 per month DOE, 13th month and bonus scheme

Qualifications: STCW & ENG1 in date

Visa Requirements: B1/B2 preferred, Schengen if required

• 55m private support vessel is looking for a new Stew to join their interior team
• Part of a private fleet
• Dual-season programme (Med / Caribbean) with a history of visiting interesting places – cruising further afield earlier this year

The Role

• A varied Stew role across the support vessel and the mother ship
• On board the support vessel the role is predominantly housekeeping, looking after the crew spaces. You will then rotate on to the mothership in both hk and service
• Starting with a two-week Atlantic crossing on board, then guest trips within the first 3 months
• Rotation: on board December, leave in January, back on board February – April, then May off

Role Requirements

• 6 – 12 months of yachting experience preferred
• Must be very happy to move between yachts as required
• Flexible, hands-on attitude and keen to learn
• No visible tattoos – this is very strict
• Non-smoker / non-vaper
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a drugs test and background check interview
