Job summary

Captain is seeking a proactive 2nd Stewardess for a 60m private and charter yacht currently in Spain. You will assist the Chief Stewardess, lead the interior team, and ensure exceptional guest service for both private owners and charter guests.

The role requires strong organizational skills and wine management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised in dealing with guest plans and itineraries.
• Must be patient when dealing with owners/guests.
• Wine management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior team for private and charter operations.
• Coordinate guest service and itinerary plans with Chief Stewardess.
• Manage interior accounts and guest experiences on board.

Details:

Position: 2nd Stewardess

Attributes: Open to Female candidates due to Cabin Arrangements, fit, active, and fun. A great attitude, and a willingness to learn is key.

Vessel: 60m Private & charter yacht.

Current location: Spain

Number of crew: 12 total, On Interior - x2 Stew, 2nd Stew, Chief Stew.

Itinerary: (Winter) Spain (Summer) Western Mediterranean

Leave: 38 days per year

Salary: Industry standards, DoE

Bonus: Bonus payment after a year, (explained during interview)

Courses: Case by case & Provided by vessel.

Min qualifications: STCW, ENG1, DSD, F&H Lvl 2, Driving License

Additional attributes: Good well rounded with all aspects of Interior, charter experience, confident running an interior team for both private and charter. Confidence in dealing with charter guests & Social Media Management. Wine management experience a must.

Start date: November 2026

Additional info: Vessel is commercially registered, full ISM, ISPS, MLC.

2nd Steward/Stewardess

Attention to detail, attitude, enthusiasm, candidate needs the correct attitude and ability to listen, learn, and improve.The fit and ability to integrate into the current crew is also very important someone to teach and lead the interior team, while dealing with the crew as a whole, whilst taking direction from the Chief Stewardess.

• MUST be highly organised in dealing with guest plans & Itinerary.
• MUST be able to have patience is dealing with owners/guests
• MUST be confident driving abroad in France/Spain
• Looking for an experienced Stew looking to take that next step.
• Confident In service.
• Capable of dealing with Interior accounts and management.
• We are a very busy boat and have a hands-on attitude.
