Head of Department is seeking a Chief Steward(ess) to lead the interior service team aboard a 55m+ motor yacht currently located in Spain. This permanent role requires overseeing all interior operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality for guests.

The ideal candidate has luxury hospitality or yacht experience, demonstrates longevity on board (minimum 1 year on a single vessel), and strongly emphasizes Silver Service.

• Uphold luxury standards, training staff in Silver Service and guest interactions.

We are seeking a Chief Steward(ess) to lead our service team aboard a 55m+ motor yacht, currently located in Spain.

In this permanent position, you will oversee all aspects of interior operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained for guests.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. MUST show previous longevity of at LEAST 1 YEAR onboard one vessel.

You should be adaptable, with a commitment to excellence and a willingness to travel worldwide as part of the yacht's cruising itinerary. Previous experience in a similar role on a yacht or in a high-end hospitality environment is essential.

Silver Service must be up to par - very high emphasis on this.

Yacht has a very attractive itinerary that would suit a adventurous candidate.

Due to current crew arrangements and to ensure a balanced mix onboad - unfortunately no more South Africans will be considered.
