Envision is seeking a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure the optimum performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleets. The role operates in a 24/7 shift, handling remote interventions via SCADA and serving as the escalation point for turbine faults to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability.

Formación

• Experience with SCADA systems and remote fault diagnostics.
• Background in wind energy or renewable energy systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Monitoring: Escalation point for complex faults, managing real-time onshore wind farm operations and performance.
• SCADA-Based Troubleshooting: Use SCADA and proprietary software for diagnostics on errors, curtailments, and shutdowns.
• Remote Intervention & Resets: Execute remote-control sequences, safety resets, synchronized restarts, and curtailments for grid compliance and turbine efficiency.
• Incident Management: Coordinate alerts, communicate with back offices and field technicians, liaise with Service management during outages.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze fault patterns, document resolutions in the knowledge base, mentor operators, assist RCAs, and LEAN initiatives.
