Envision is seeking a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleets. This role operates in a 24/7 shift, handling advanced technical troubleshooting and remote interventions via SCADA to minimize downtime.
You will coordinate with back offices and field technicians, document resolutions, and contribute to LEAN initiatives. Professional English is required, with additional languages a plus.
Formación
- Degree or higher vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in BESS or wind energy operations.
- Experience with onshore wind turbine platforms or BESS OEMs and SCADA software.
Responsabilidades
- Act as escalation point for faults, managing real-time onshore wind and BESS operations.
- Perform deep-dive diagnostics with SCADA and proprietary software to resolve persistent issues.
- Execute remote-control sequences, safety resets, and synchronized restarts.
- Coordinate alerts and liaise with back offices and field technicians during outages.
- Analyse fault patterns, document resolutions, and contribute to LEAN initiatives.
