Job summary

You will contribute to process improvements, KPI tracking, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance the workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Experience from workplace services, reception or service administration.
• Structured and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong data handling and process improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate essential services from Nordborg site and build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize processes, systems, reporting, and governance supporting catering and workplace services.
• Manage supplier relationships and follow up on service agreements, driving improvements and system initiatives.
• Act as a key user of ServiceNow to ensure efficient service delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track KPIs, monitor supplier performance, and assist reporting; support reception services as needed.
