Job summary

NOVENCO Building & Industry in Denmark seeks an Office & Facility Manager to own premises, workplace services and facility operations across two sites, covering about 27,000 m².

You will lead Facility Management and Service teams, drive improvements for ESG, sustainability, cost efficiency and employee experience, while ensuring safe, compliant operations that support daily business.

This key role offers development opportunities within NOVENCOCollege in an international industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of management experience in Office or Facility Management.
• Experience with building infrastructure, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder and financial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for NOVENCO's premises and daily workplace operations across two sites.
• Ensure offices, production facilities, common areas and outdoor facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and facility improvement initiatives.
• Manage building systems including HVAC, CTS/BMS, utilities, access control, alarms, and fire protection.
• Lead, coach and develop employees across Facility Management and Service functions.
• Oversee canteen operations, catering, meeting room management and workplace support.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels and costs; oversee facility-related projects.
• Develop and manage facility budgets and identify efficiency opportunities; drive sustainability.
