Job description

Do you enjoy creating great service experiences while keeping operations running seamlessly?

As part of our Workplace Services team, you will help ensure that our sites run smoothly, professionally, and efficiently every day. You will play a key role in creating a workplace experience that enables colleagues, visitors, and partners to do their best work.

This is a visible on-site role where you will support the everyday workplace experience. By connecting people, services, and suppliers across multiple locations, you will ensure that employees, visitors, and partners experience a professional, welcoming, and well-functioning environment every day.

If you enjoy combining administration, coordination, and service delivery in a role with broad stakeholder interaction, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuously improving how workplace services are delivered.

What You'll Be Doing

Working from our Nordborg site, you will coordinate essential services, build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and contribute to a great workplace experience.

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of processes, systems, reporting, and governance supporting catering, cleaning, and workplace services to ensure a seamless employee and visitor experience.
  • Manage supplier relationships and follow up on service agreements, while supporting continuous improvements and selected workplace-related system initiatives.
  • Act as a key user of ServiceNow, helping ensure efficient service delivery, process coordination, and collaboration between users, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Support workplace service performance and administration by tracking KPIs, monitoring supplier delivery, following up on key metrics such as food waste and cleaning quality, and assisting reporting activities.
  • Assist with reception services when needed and help create a professional, welcoming, and positive first impression of Danfoss.
What We're Looking For

You enjoy creating structure, building relationships, and delivering great service. You are motivated by a varied workday where no two days are exactly alike, and you take pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Experience from workplace services, reception or service administration, where you have coordinated activities and supported day-to-day operations.
  • A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage details, and work independently.
  • Confidence working with data or administrative processes, combined with a keen eye for quality and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across the organization.
  • A flexible, service-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to create positive experiences for employees, visitors, and business partners.
What You'll Get from Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring and training.
  • You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You'll receive benefits likeannual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they're worth asking about - we think they're pretty great.
