Job summary

Vestas Nakskov Factory is seeking motivated individuals for 12‑hour shifts, day or night, to help manufacture wind turbine blades in an epoxy environment. Training will be provided; epoxy certification or recent training is required. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting production plans with diligence and teamwork.

Candidates should be physically fit and willing to learn. Experience with 5S/Lean is a plus, and prior production work is valued.

• You are in good physical shape and can stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Experience with 5S and Lean is advantageous.
• Production work experience is beneficial, and you are willing to learn.
