Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead night shift maintenance in our blades manufacturing facility. You will oversee safety, reliability, and availability of production equipment while developing your team and driving operational excellence.

In this role you will manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, coach technicians, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues. Strong leadership in Danish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading technicians or maintenance teams in production.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP or maintenance systems.
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
• Project management experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and promote 5S and safety auditing across maintenance teams.
• Coach and develop technicians, manage performance and training.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to resolve issues.
