Job summary

Vestas Nakskov Factory is seeking motivated individuals for 12‑hour shifts, day or night, to help manufacture wind turbine blades in an epoxy environment. Training will be provided; epoxy certification or recent training is required. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting production plans with diligence and teamwork.

Candidates should be physically fit and willing to learn. Experience with 5S/Lean is a plus, and prior production work is valued.

Being hired as a production worker at Vestas is not just about experience, it's about motivation, curiosity, and interest in learning new things. Through thorough training and instruction, we will provide you with all the tools to become skilled at making wind turbines. The Nakskov factory produces blades for our offshore wind turbines; the factory is an epoxy workplace, so everyone must complete an epoxy course or have a certificate no older than 5 years.

This posting is for those who thrive on working 12-hour shifts, either day or night.

Responsibilities
