Job description

At Sky-Energy, our strength lies in the expertise of our certified blade repair technicians. With advanced training and extensive field experience, they deliver precision, innovation, and efficiency to every project. Utilizing both rope access and platform solutions, we execute repairs to the highest international standards of safety and quality. Downtime is costly — which is why we engineer every solution to minimize standby, optimize performance, and deliver cost-effective results that keep turbines operating at maximum efficiency.

As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting blade repair teams by ensuring safe and controlled turbine operations on site. Your primary responsibility is to operate and secure wind turbines, including performing Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO), confirming turbines are safely stopped, and maintaining full control of the operational status throughout the work scope.

You will act as the key link between site operations and the control center, handling all required communication to coordinate turbine shutdowns, restarts, and any operational adjustments. The role requires a high level of technical understanding, responsibility, and the ability to respond effectively to any issues that may arise during execution.

It is essential that you are confident in operating turbines and troubleshooting on site. You will be expected to support the teams by ensuring that all turbine-related risks are managed and that work can be carried out safely and without disruption.

Sky-Energy operates to the highest safety and quality standards, and you will be expected to follow all procedures while maintaining clear communication and strong situational awareness at all times.

We operate with a flat management structure, where communication is direct and responsibility is clear. We value professionals who take ownership, remain calm under pressure, and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment.

You will work alongside experienced teams in a dynamic, international environment, supporting projects across multiple regions worldwide.
