Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join the Wind Power Digital Services Delivery Center of Excellence. The role bridges central cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience in IT/OT environments, focusing on risk management, implementation, operations, and governance.

You will operate across risk analysis, vulnerability remediation, and security policy rollout in complex industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5–10 years of professional cybersecurity experience in IT/OT hybrid environments.
• Experience with IEC 62443 and NIS2.
• Ability to translate security policies into practical measures.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cybersecurity risks to define and prioritize mitigations.
• Coordinate remediation activities with stakeholders and track progress.
• Translate policies into practical security measures for environments.
