Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Product Manager focused on Wind Power and OT/SCADA to bridge business needs and agile development teams. You will translate wind farm operator challenges into scalable digital solutions and balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery.

You’ll lead prioritization, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and shape product roadmaps while ensuring practical, cost-aware, and technically feasible outcomes for reliable, competitive energy solutions.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
Strong experience in Wind Power SCADA systems and OT environments.
Proven track record in Product Management with strategic and operational impact.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and business domains.

Responsibilities

Own prioritization and value delivery for OT software and SCADA-related solutions across agile teams.
Translate wind farm operational challenges into practical product requirements.
Balance roadmap ownership with hands-on involvement in agile delivery.
Drive prioritization based on business value, cost efficiency, and feasibility.
Identify trends and partnerships to support scalable, maintainable solutions.
