Vestas seeks a Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead to govern cyber security laws and regulations within the ISMS framework. You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable business steps and collaborate with Legal, CISO Office, and regional teams to ensure compliant operations across the value chain.

The role emphasizes practical guidance, governance design, and cross-functional coordination to support a secure, sustainable energy future.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in managing an Information Security Management System in an international context.
Solid knowledge of EU cybersecurity, technology and data protection regulation.
Experience advising on complex legal issues in technical environments (IT/OT).
Strong analytical skills and a practical business mindset.
Fluent English required; Danish proficiency is helpful but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and in an international team.

Responsibilities

Guide the organization on EU and international cybersecurity legislation (NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, etc.).
Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on products, services, operations and supply chain.
Provide pragmatic legal guidance to stakeholders with clear translations into business actions.
Support design and implementation of cyber security governance, policies and compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with legal, CISO Office and business units to align regulatory requirements.
