Job summary

Vestas in Copenhagen is seeking a Cybersecurity Strategy Execution Specialist to join our global digital team. You will define, mature and operationalize cybersecurity strategy across the enterprise, linking risk management, architecture, compliance and business priorities.

This role aims to transform cybersecurity into a value-enabling function that supports growth, resilience and regulatory compliance, collaborating with IT, OT, regulators and senior stakeholders across a worldwide

Qualifications

Experience in cybersecurity strategy and enterprise security.
Ability to translate risk insights into strategic priorities.
Familiarity with data-driven dashboards and performance management (OKRs, KPIs).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (NIS2, GDPR) and governance.

Responsibilities

Shape the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with objectives and risk appetite.
Define and mature operating models integrating IT/OT and digital security domains.
Establish risk-based prioritization models for investments and initiatives.
Orchestrate execution via governance forums, OKRs, and reporting.
Ensure alignment between cyber strategy and business processes.
