Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an R&D Program Manager for the 7.X product family to lead the NPD program from concept through market introduction. You will report to the Head of Platform and drive cross-functional alignment among Chief Engineers, Module Program Managers, and stakeholders, ensuring governance and transparent progress.

You will own the integrated program plan, monitor critical paths, milestones, risks, and budget adherence, and ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule commitments are

Qualifications

Experience leading complex product development programs or large engineering projects.
Strong program management with planning, risk management and executive reporting.
Engineering/technical/management degree or equivalent.
Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the 7.X program with safety, quality, cost, schedule targets.
Governance and PLM@WIND adherence, milestone planning and risk management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program deliverables.
Manage the integrated program plan, resolve issues and resource constraints.
