• Proven experience bridging strategy and practical execution in Product Management.

• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Manager for OT software and SCADA-related solutions, owning prioritization and value delivery across agile teams.
• Translate real-world wind farm challenges into practical product requirements for customers.
• Balance strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on involvement in agile delivery teams.
• Drive prioritization based on business value, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility.
• Identify technology trends and partnerships to support scalable, maintainable solutions.
