Job summary

RDT is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead complex software initiatives for wind energy operations in Denmark. You will manage projects across waterfall, agile, and hybrid setups, coordinating internal and external developers, SCADA-related work, and cybersecurity considerations.

You will build detailed project plans, manage budgets and risks, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong technical software background with knowledge of edge computing and cloud.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
