Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB in Søborg, Denmark, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to drive the water portfolio, including ALDrum and digital services, from a Service and Capital Sales perspective. You will shape the portfolio’s direction to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate across R&D, Sales, and Service to develop and manage the roadmap, oversee the full lifecycle, and support market introduction.

Qualifications

Degree in a technical field, with willingness to work in a commercial/business-driven context.
Strong understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory environments in wastewater treatment.
Skilled collaborator across R&D, Sales, and Application Development; able to analyze market data and performance metrics.
Strong communicator, capable of leading discussions and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Market-Driven Portfolio Ownership: Translate market and customer demand into a competitive, customer-focused portfolio.
Portfolio Roadmap Leadership: Develop and manage the portfolio roadmap with NPD/EPD and phase-out plans.
Lifecycle Oversight: Manage full lifecycle of products and services amid regulatory and operational changes.
Collaborative Development: Partner with Application Development, R&D, Capital Sales, and Service Sales for alignment.
Market Readiness and Introduction: Ensure portfolio readiness and support successful market implementation.
