Job summary

Alfa Laval in Søborg, Denmark, seeks a Portfolio Manager to drive the water portfolio, including ALDrum technology, digital services, and systems solutions, from both service and capital sales perspectives.

You will develop and maintain a competitive portfolio aligned with customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, working with sales and engineering to ensure strategic direction and operational success.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field with business exposure.
• Willingness to work in a commercial context without hands-on development.
• Experience collaborating with R&D, Sales and Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate market demand into a competitive portfolio and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage the portfolio roadmap, prioritizing NPD/EPD and technology projects.
• Oversee full lifecycle of products and services to stay aligned with market needs and regulations.
• Collaborate with Application Development, R&D, Capital Sales and Service Sales to ensure fit and alignment.
• Ensure portfolio readiness and support successful market introduction.
