Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Global Product Manager for Digital Services to shape and scale our digital service portfolio within Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to turn customer needs into scalable, market‑relevant solutions and drive adoption globally.

Based in Europe with travel, you will help evolve our Digital Services portfolio and KPIs, connecting development to market execution and working across leadership to maximise value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience from product management, product development, business development or a similar role in a B2B environment.
• Experience from an industrial, mechanical, equipment or process‑industry environment combined with exposure to digital products, connected solutions, IoT or data‑driven services.
• Good commercial understanding and interest in how digital products and services create customer and business value.
• Experience with condition monitoring, IoT, connected equipment, or data‑driven service offerings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile or iterative development approaches and an interest in working at the intersection of hardware and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead setting the product direction, vision, roadmap, and priorities for digital services with a focus on scalability and customer value.
• Engage with customers and support commercial efforts to drive adoption and customer value.
• Contribute to packaging and pricing discussions from a product perspective.
• Support global go‑to‑market activities with the leadership team.
• Contribute to developing the Digital Services Product & Portfolio Management function, including governance and ways of working.
• Define and track relevant product KPIs to enable insights for commercial, product and technology teams.
