Job summary

Fluor Corp in Copenhagen is seeking a seasoned HVAC & plumbing specialist to act as Responsible Manager for VVS-FUL authorisation on a large data centre project in the Copenhagen area. This permanent role requires an accredited degree and EU-recognised VVS qualification.

You will work with the Quality Manager and project team to meet contract quality objectives, review ITPs, and ensure quality is embedded in PO and contracts; strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

We are working with a European MEP engineering company who are looking for a Technical Responsible Person for HVAC & Plumbing (VVS) on a permanent basis to support with on a large data centre project in the Copenhagen area.

About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned HVAC & plumbing (VVS) specialist with the necessary experience and qualifications to act as the Responsible Manager for company VVS-FUL authorisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Manager for company KLS-A VVS-FUL authorisation and maintain Quality Management System for same.
• Assist and support the Quality Manager and Project Team to achieve contract quality objectives.
• Report to quality manager/lead and collaborate with site team.
• Support implementation of the quality vision, goals, and strategies.
• Identify and support production of quality department contractual and company deliverables.
• Verify implementation of contractual requirements.
• Work with commercial and procurement teams to ensure quality requirements are embedded within applicable Purchase Orders and Contracts.
• Review, endorse, and monitor Vendor/Contractor deliverables and documentation.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

Required Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years
• Recognised VVS-installatør qualification (or equivalent EU-recognised trade/engineering qualification) sufficient to be registered with Sikkerhedsstyrelsen as the fagligt ansvarlig person for a VVS partial authorisation
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
