Job summary

Fluor Corporation, a leading engineering consultancy, seeks a seasoned Project Manager on a contract basis to support a large data centre project in Denmark. The role focuses on pre-construction oversight, design coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree plus extensive experience in data centre projects and strong communication skills to interface with management, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field plus 8+ years of experience OR 12+ years combined education/experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the project.
• Ability to learn/apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious execution.

We are working with a leading engineering consultancy who are looking for a Project Manager on a contract basis to support on a large data centre project in Denmark.

About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive hands‑on experience in managing data centre projects through the pre‑construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance of design function and coordinate between relevant teams
• Liaise with technical stakeholders, commercial teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate permitting and OCI procurement
• Track project budgets, resource allocation and timelines while ensuring regulatory code compliance

Required Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
