Nobia Group is seeking a visionary leader to head Technology, Experience & Digital (TED) as Vice President TED. You will lead the function across multiple countries and technology disciplines, strengthening the organisation, raising delivery quality, and ensuring technology creates tangible value for the business.

Qualifications

Proven track record in senior technology leadership roles.
Experience leading multi-country technology organisations through transformation.
Strong grasp of ERP, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity.
Ability to advise CFO/CEO and present strategic options.
Experience delivering large transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with group strategy.
Lead IT stability, governance and delivery across brands.
Oversee ERP transformation programmes ensuring business needs are met.
Represent TED in Board and Exec discussions.
