Job summary

Nobia seeks a new Vice President TED to lead Technology, Experience & Digital across multiple countries, strengthening the organisation and delivering tangible value. You will report directly to the EVP & Group CFO and shape the technology agenda at group level.

Based at our Aarhus/Tilst headquarters with hybrid working and Nordic travel, you will set roadmaps for architecture, cloud, ERP, data and cybersecurity, drive delivery, governance and strategic investments aligned with the CEO and CFO.

Qualifications

Proven senior technology leadership experience in a multi-country organisation.
Experience leading major technology programmes and transformations from strategy through execution.
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language; master’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Set the technology roadmap and align with Group strategy across markets.
Lead enterprise architecture, cloud, ERP strategy and major platform transformations with rigorous business cases.
Strengthen IT stability, governance, delivery, and cybersecurity across regions and brands.
Oversee information security strategy, GDPR/NIS2/DORA compliance and risk management.
