Job summary

Nobia Denmark A/S seeks a high-calibre Vice President TED to lead Technology, Experience & Digital across multiple countries and disciplines. You will drive architecture, data, ERP, and cybersecurity while shaping the technology agenda for Nobia's transformation.

Reporting to the EVP & Group CFO, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding a large, cross-border technology organisation. This role requires hybrid work from the Danish HQ with regular Nordic travel.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience in a multi-country, multi-brand organisation.
• Ability to translate business priorities into technology investments and roadmaps.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology, Experience & Digital (TED) across countries and disciplines.
• Set technology strategy and roadmap aligned with group objectives.
• Oversee architecture, data, security, and ERP modernization initiatives.
• Partner with CFO/CEO level to present strategic technology investments.
