Job summary

Nobia Group seeks a senior technology leader to head Technology, Experience & Digital (TED) across multiple countries and disciplines. You will shape the technology agenda, drive the enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and data architecture, while ensuring delivery quality and business value.

Based in Aarhus with hybrid work, you will report to the EVP & Group CFO and oversee a large, multi-brand tech organisation across the Nordic region and Central Europe.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leader with strategic and commercial focus.
• Experience guiding multi-country technology programs and transformations.
• Ability to advise CFO/CEO level and translate tech into business value.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across complex, multi-brand organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise architecture roadmap and reduce technical debt.
• Lead cloud and infrastructure strategy with clear commercial rationale.
• Oversee ERP strategy and major platform transformations with rigorous business cases.
• Define data and analytics architecture to improve group reporting and decision support.
• Strengthen IT stability, governance, and delivery for reliability and quality.
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management across the group.
