Job summary

Nobia Group seeks a Vice President TED to lead Technology, Experience & Digital across multiple countries and disciplines. You will shape the technology roadmap in line with group strategy, advising the CFO and CEO, and representing TED in executive discussions.

You will manage over 100 technology professionals, drive stability, governance, and major transformation programs, while navigating a complex, multi-brand landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior technology leadership roles.
• Experience leading technology organisations through transformation.
• Broad understanding of ERP, data, analytics, AI, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Lead cloud and infrastructure strategy with commercial rationale.
• Oversee ERP strategy and major platform transformations.
• Define data and analytics architecture for reporting and decision support.
• Strengthen IT stability, governance, and delivery.
