Job summary

ElevenLabs in Denmark is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise customer base. You will scale technical solutions directly with customers and support our sales teams.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Account Executives, architect customer solutions, and build demonstrations and self-service resources to accelerate adoption of our products.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers on technical problems and scaling processes.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Ability to identify scalable patterns and standardize solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work with customer tech contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft technical demonstrations that clearly communicate product value.
• Create technical enablement resources to boost sales team effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns with product teams.
