Job summary

Saxo Bank is expanding its VIP Onboarding & Ongoing Due Diligence Team at our Copenhagen headquarters. We seek a KYC Analyst to handle onboarding and ongoing due diligence for VIP clients, ensuring compliant, smooth experiences while mitigating risk.

The role involves close collaboration with compliance and commercial teams to maintain robust controls. The ideal candidate has strong KYC/AML background, Nordic language skills, and relevant certifications; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience working with KYC and AML in a regulated environment.
• Fluent in a Nordic language; strong written and spoken English.
• Certifications such as CAMS/ACAMS, ICA, or similar are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming client applications in accordance with KYC procedures and Global Minimum KYC Standards.
• Perform end-to-end onboarding and ODD for private and corporate VIP clients.
• Build and share knowledge within the team on VIP onboarding, EDD, and ODD processes.
• Meet SLAs for case processing and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
