Job summary

Saxo Bank in Copenhagen is seeking a KYC Analyst to join theVIP Onboarding & Ongoing Due Diligence team at our headquarters. You will perform VIP onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and risk mitigation while delivering a strong client experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across financial crime prevention and commercial teams to ensure compliant onboarding journeys with robust controls and minimal friction for VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with KYC and AML requirements in a regulated environment.
• Fluent in a Nordic language and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications such as CAMS/ACAMS or ICA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming client applications in accordance with KYC procedures and standards.
• Perform end-to-end onboarding and ongoing due diligence for VIP clients.
• Build knowledge within the team on VIP onboarding and ODD processes.
• Meet SLAs for case processing and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance and client focus.
