Job summary

Saxo Bank is expanding its AML Quality Team in Copenhagen, seeking a Senior QA Analyst to help build a new quality assurance framework. You will test onboarding and ODD processes, report metrics, and collaborate with compliance and senior management to reduce risk.

The role requires hands-on QA leadership, strong data analysis, and knowledge of AML/KYC standards. English proficiency is essential, and CAMS/ACAMS/ICA certifications are preferred for the candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Be part of the pioneer group building the new quality assurance framework for Saxo Bank.
• Perform quality assurance on private, corporate, and institutional clients.
• Produces monthly reports containing quality assurance results and associated metrics using established procedures.
• Build and establish knowledge within the team on quality assurance processes and tasks.
• Analyses information gathered to develop recommendations for improvement and changes in current policies and procedures for continued compliance with Saxo Bank’s AML Policy and applicable regulations

Responsibilities
