Job summary

TotalEnergies EP Danmark A/S in Esbjerg is inviting applications for two VIE positions within Contracts & Procurement. Start dates are in Q4 2026 and Q1 2027. The 24‑month assignments are onsite at Esbjerg-Britannivæj, with accommodation provided and English instruction emphasized.

You will participate in market consultations, tender preparation, and contract awards, collaborating with Technical, HSE, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver robust procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Contracts & Procurement or Supply Chain.
• At least one year of initial experience in Contracts & Procurement.
• Skills in tender preparation and management; bids analysis; cost analysis; familiarity with basic contractual terms.

Responsibilities

• Participate in market consultation and contract award processes from receipt of business need to contract execution.
• Prepare tender documentation, contractual documents and award recommendations.
• Analyse bids, conduct commercial evaluations and compare costs.
• Collaborate with Technical, HSE, Finance, Legal and Global Procurement teams during sourcing and tendering.
• Discuss with suppliers during pre-award and post-award phases on commercial and contractual aspects.
• Contribute to Methods activities with analyses, statistics, and monitoring materials.

Within TotalEnergies EP Denmark, the Contracts & Procurement entity is involved in purchasing, contracts and methods activities for Exploration & Production operations.

The Contracts & Procurement team supports the business needs of our subsidiary TotalEnergies EP Danmark from the expression of the need through to contract award, including market consultations, calls for tenders, commercial evaluations and internal approvals.

Two positions are available within the Contracts & Procurement entity: a first position with a start date in the 4th quarter of 2026 and a second position with a start date in the 1st quarter of 2027.

Activities

Your main missions:

• Participate in market consultation and contract award processes, from receipt of the business requirement through to contract execution.

This position will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of procurement and contract challenges in the energy sector, while contributing to key Methods activities for the team.

Candidate Profile

Graduate with a minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Contracts & Procurement or Supply Chain.

You have at least one year of initial experience in Contracts & Procurement. You have skills in:

• preparation and management of calls for tenders;
• technical and commercial analysis of bids;
• cost analysis and comparison;
• understanding of basic contractual terms and conditions.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly:

• Excel;
• PowerPoint;
• Word.

Knowledge of SAP or Agora would be an asset.

An English level of B2 to C1 is required. A French level of at least B2 is also required.
