Job summary

Accenture Nordics seeks a Utilities Strategy Manager to lead strategic engagements in the energy transition. You will drive new business models, sustainability strategies, and market entry analyses using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with executives across the Utilities value chain. You will apply Generative AI and advanced analytics to achieve meaningful results, work across global teams, and shape market outlooks for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting or utilities industry.
• Strong ability to break down problems with clear reasoning and data-driven thinking.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language; Danish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients navigate the energy transition with new business models and market outlooks.
• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to support entry into new markets and growth.
• Apply Generative and Agentic AI to deliver scalable results.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on strategy and transformation topics.
• Structure and solve complex problems, manage end-to-end delivery and workshops.
