Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Utilities Strategy Manager to guide the energy transition for leading clients across generation, transmission, distribution, retail and trading. You will deliver growth strategies and market outlooks, structuring complex problems and guiding executive-level workshops.

You will apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to shape client strategies, with emphasis on decision-making, performance topics, and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting and/or utilities industry.
• Master’s degree from a top-tier university in a relevant discipline.
• English and one Nordic language; strong communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help clients navigate the energy transition with new business models, sustainability strategies and market outlooks.
• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist market entry and growth.
• Apply Generative and Agentic AI to achieve meaningful results at scale.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on strategy, transformation and performance topics.
• Structure and solve complex problems; manage projects end-to-end and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Design and facilitate executive-level workshops; synthesize insights into clear, compelling recommendations.
• Identify new value creation opportunities and translate insights into follow-on work.
